The link below will take you to the Online Payments/上诉 interface.  Please carefully read the instructions presented there for accessing your ticket information.

  • Payment for a single ticket requires no account creation or log-on.  Have your ticket number and/or license plate/state ready!  Creating an account will give you full view of all your tickets, but is not necessary to complete a payment.
  • 上诉 require the creation of a parking account & password (or using a parking account you've created in the past).  There are separate instructions for UNH students & employees, and for non-university "guests".  Please follow the instructions carefully!

支付机票

The online payment interface will bring you to a secure payment gateway where you may enter credit card information.  准备好名片!  When finished, you will be 电子邮件ed a receipt. 

拥有发布:  Following a full payment of your entire balance, Business Office holds are released by mid-morning the following business day.

Releasing Towed Vehicles: Vehicles towed for unpaid tickets are impounded at Smitty’s Towing & 复苏, (603-868-9785) 10 Dover Road, Durham (two doors down from the Irving gas station in downtown Durham). After making FULL payment, print your receipt and call Smitty’s to arrange release (bringing the receipt with you). Separate towing agency fees will apply.

Releasing Immobilized Vehicles: Vehicles held with a mechanical immobilization device (e.g. a "boot") are generally kept in place until 3:30 p.m. and then towed (see above). Evidence of full payment is required between the hours of 7:30 a.m. 下午3:30.m. weekdays in order for the vehicle to be released prior to towing.

停车 ticket appeals may be submitted online within 10 days of the issuance date; older tickets will not be eligible. No appeal will be considered if you have other unpaid tickets. It may take up to one business day for tickets to be available to appeal online.

  • 上诉 require an account creation/log-on (return customers can use existing account). 
  • 学生 & employees will use your official name, 电子邮件, and invent their own password (NOT the same as your UNH network access password!!  Just  make up something you can remember).  Guests can create/use an account using a valid 电子邮件 address and made-up password. Provide all the requested information.
  • 在上诉现场, please take note of any photos that were taken by the enforcement officer, which may verify the reason for the ticket.
  • Concisely explain the reason for the appeal.  It should present evidence of enforcement error or extreme extenuating circumstance.  It should not seek exclusion from the parking regulations.
  • The interface provides the ability to upload substantiating documentation or photos which might weigh into the decision.
  • Appeal decisions are usually rendered within 7-14 days from submission.  While a ticket is on appeal there are no holds or late fees added.

  •  Be brief and use complete sentences.
  •  Reference your citation only. Do not cite other issues or citations.
  •  不加编者按语. We are aware that convenient parking is scarce and that fines are high.
  •  Familiarize yourself with the parking regulations so that you know what you are contesting.
  •  Abusive, abrasive, sarcastic, or profane language will not help your appeal.
